By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Website.

2. Description of Service

NoteWise is a voice recording and transcription application that provides the following services:

• Voice Recording: Record audio on your iOS device
• Speech-to-Text Transcription: Convert recorded audio to text using device-based speech recognition
• AI-Powered Summarization: Generate summaries of transcribed text using artificial intelligence
• Local Storage: Store recordings, transcriptions, and summaries on your device
• Export and Sharing: Share your recordings and transcriptions
• Account Management: Create and manage your user account

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NoteWise. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App. By using NoteWise, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

• You may create an account using your email address or Sign in with Apple
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You may only create one account per person

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized account access
• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings

• Local data remains on your device until manually deleted

• We may terminate accounts for fraudulent or harmful activity
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately
